This two-day workshop is the complete preparation experience we wish we had the first time around. Designed by pelvic floor physical therapists (and moms of two!), alongside an experienced lactation consultant and labor nurse, this course combines expert knowledge with personal insight to help you and your partner feel confident heading into birth and early postpartum.
Day 1: In-Person Labor & Delivery Prep with Resolute Physical Therapy
Taught by pelvic health doctors of physical therapists who specialize in pregnancy and postpartum (and are also moms of two!), this hands-on class helps expecting moms and their partners feel prepared, informed, and supported.
You’ll learn:
• What to expect in each stage of labor
• How partners can provide meaningful physical & emotional support
• Pain management options — both medical and natural
• How to keep labor progressing
• Pushing positions for a smoother delivery
• Pelvic floor protection strategies during birth
• Movements to begin at 35 weeks to help prepare the pelvis for delivery
Day 2: Virtual Breastfeeding 101 with Breastfeeding Savvy
Led by Jenelle — a mom of two, International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), and labor & delivery nurse with over 15 years of experience, this virtual class covers the real-life essentials of breastfeeding in a supportive, judgment-free environment.
You’ll learn:
• What to expect in the first days and weeks of breastfeeding
• Proper latch and positioning techniques
• How to know if your baby is getting enough
• Solutions for common challenges
• How partners can support feeding and bonding
Together, this two-part workshop equips you and your partner with everything you need to confidently approach labor, delivery, and feeding — with expert guidance and heartfelt support every step of the way.
