Dr Kathryn Mars PT, DPT, CAPP-OB
Meet Dr. Katie Mars – Co-Owner of Resolute Physical Therapy & Expert in Sports Rehab, Injury Prevention, Pregnancy/Postpartum Care, and Osteoporosis Management
Dr. Katie Mars is a passionate physical therapist, co-owner of Resolute Physical Therapy, and a former 3-sport athlete who truly understands the challenges of staying active while recovering from injury. After experiencing her own share of sports injuries, Dr. Katie was inspired to pursue a career in physical therapy, focusing on sports rehab, injury prevention, and movement optimization for athletes of all ages and activity levels.
As a recreational CrossFitter and mom of two, Dr. Katie is deeply committed to staying active and healthy through all stages of life. Her personal experience with pregnancy and postpartum recovery led her to specialize in pregnancy and postpartum orthopedic conditions. After the birth of her first child, Dr. Katie sought out advanced training in birth education and postpartum recovery. She’s now one of the few physical therapists in New York State to earn the prestigious CAPP-OB certification (Certified in Pregnancy and Postpartum Physical Therapy), making her uniquely qualified to help women navigate the challenges of pregnancy, childbirth, and recovery.
Dr. Katie also leads a well-researched Weightlifting for Osteoporosis program, designed to help individuals manage and improve bone density through safe, effective, and evidence-based resistance training. She specializes in conservative management of osteoporosis, using weightlifting techniques to strengthen bones, improve posture, and reduce the risk of fractures. This program is ideal for individuals looking to take a proactive approach to managing osteoporosis and maintaining long-term skeletal health.
Her approach is both compassionate and evidence-based, combining hands-on therapy with functional exercises to help her patients achieve their goals—whether it’s recovering from an injury, improving mobility, managing osteoporosis, or optimizing performance. Dr. Robert is a highly skilled physical therapist and co-owner of Resolute Physical Therapy, with a passion for helping individuals of all ages and activity levels recover from injury and optimize their movement. Dr. Robert has built an impressive career as a Board-Certified Orthopedic Specialist (OCS), specializing in the treatment of orthopedic injuries, sports rehabilitation, and spine care. His extensive training and advanced certifications make him a sought-after expert in the field of physical therapy.
He completed a prestigious Spine Fellowship at Cayuga Medical Center in Ithaca, NY, and is one of only a few physical therapists in the country to hold this certification. Dr. Robert has also worked with athletes at Cornell University and Ithaca College, offering specialized care for sports injuries, post-operative recovery, and performance optimization.

Dr. Jaclyn is a skilled physical therapist and co-owner of Resolute Physical Therapy, with a strong passion for women’s health, osteoporosis management, and helping individuals maintain an active lifestyle. Over the past several years, Jaclyn has worked with both adult and adolescent populations, gaining a diverse background in orthopedic care, injury rehabilitation, and clinic management.
Jaclyn’s personal experience as a competitive figure skater, track and field athlete, and CrossFit enthusiast has deepened her understanding of sports injuries and the rehabilitation needs of active individuals. She combines this hands-on experience with a compassionate, patient-centered approach to help her clients reach their fullest potential.
A major focus of Jaclyn’s practice is supporting pregnant and postpartum women through safe, effective exercise management. She specializes in helping women stay active, recover postpartum, and regain strength and mobility during all stages of motherhood. Whether you're dealing with pregnancy-related discomfort or navigating the postpartum recovery process, Jaclyn provides personalized care and expert guidance.
In addition, Jaclyn leads a Weightlifting for Osteoporosis program, designed to help individuals manage bone health through research-backed resistance training. Her work with osteoporosis management focuses on improving bone density, balance, and mobility, allowing individuals to lead healthier, more active lives.
When she’s not treating patients, Jaclyn enjoys spending time with her family, working out at the gym, and playing with her daughters. She’s committed to balancing family, fitness, and health—and helping others do the same.

Meet Dr. Hannah Klotz– Physical Therapist with a Passion for Dance, Neurological Rehab, and Helping You Move Better
Dr. Hannah is a dynamic and passionate physical therapist who loves helping her patients get back to doing what they love. Hannah has quickly become a go-to expert for a wide variety of patients—whether you're a dancer, athlete, or someone working to regain functional independence.
With a 17-year background in ballet, Hannah brings a unique understanding of movement and body mechanics, especially when it comes to helping dancers, figure skaters, swimmers, and gymnasts recover from injuries and optimize their performance. She also has a strong passion for working with the neurological population, focusing on advancing functional independence and improving quality of life for individuals with neurological conditions.
Hannah believes in an active, hands-on approach to therapy that gets her patients moving, strengthening, and improving their range of motion to help them return to the activities they love—whether it’s dancing, sports, or simply enjoying daily life. Her goal is to empower each patient to move with confidence and without pain.
