Expert Care for Every Stage:

From Pregnancy to Postpartum Recovery

  • In-Person Pregnancy Physical Therapy

Pregnancy changes everything — posture, muscle control, pelvic alignment, even breathing. These changes are natural, but they don’t have to be painful.

We treat pregnant clients in our clinic to help reduce symptoms, prevent complications, and prepare for smooth, empowered birth and recovery.

  • Digital Programs: Prenatal Strength by Trimester

Self-Guided Programs Designed by Doctors of Physical Therapy

Stay strong, reduce pain, and train with intention through each phase of pregnancy. Our digital prenatal programs are safe, effective, and designed specifically for the demands of each trimester.

  • Virtual Postpartum Program (0–6 Weeks)

Your First 6 Weeks: Rebuild Your Foundation

You don’t have to wait for your 6-week checkup to start feeling better. Our early postpartum program gives you gentle, progressive movement designed to support healing and reconnect with your core and pelvic floor.

  • In-Person Postpartum Physical Therapy

Insurance-Based | Individualized | Results You Can Feel

Once you’re cleared for exercise or just ready to feel stronger again, our in-person postpartum PT can help address lingering symptoms and rebuild strength with intention.

Labor, Delivery & Breastfeeding Prep Workshop
Created by Moms. Backed by Experts.

This two-day workshop is everything we wish we knew the first time around. Taught by pelvic health physical therapists and moms of two, Day 1 is an in-person class covering what to expect during labor, how partners can help, pain management options, pushing positions, pelvic floor protection, and movement prep starting at 35 weeks.

Day 2 is a virtual Breastfeeding 101 class led by Jenelle — a mom of two, IBCLC, and labor & delivery nurse with 15+ years of experience. You'll learn latch and positioning, feeding cues, troubleshooting tips, and how partners can support the process.

You’ll leave this workshop with real tools, expert insight, and confidence heading into birth and postpartum — together.

Not Sure Where to Start?

We’re happy to help you decide between in-person and virtual options based on your goals, timeline, and symptoms.
