1. Eligibility:

The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older (however prizes must be picked up in person at Resolute Physical Therapy clinic in Clifton Park, NY, USA, unless otherwise notified by Resolute Physical Therapy)

2. How to Enter:

Every Sunday from December 1st through December 22nd of 2024, @ResolutePT (Resolute Physical Therapy’s Instagram account) will drop a physical challenge on their Instagram feed.

Post yourself completing the challenge on your Instagram story by the following Friday and tag @ResolutePT for one entry.

Drawings will be held the following Friday at 9:00pm EST. Winners will be contacted via Instagram DM.

Entry deadlines are as follows (all entries must be submitted by 9:00 p.m. EST):

Week 1: 12/6/2024

Week 2: 12/13/2024

Week 3: 12/20/2024

Week 4: 12/27/2024

3. Prize:

Week 1: Resolute T-Shirt ($20 value)

Week 2: 30-minute Passive Recovery Session ($30 value)

Week 3: 30-minute Soft Tissue Session ($75 value)

Week 4: 30-minute Soft Tissue Session + 30-minute Passive Recovery Session + Resolute T-Shirt ($125 value)

Prizes must be accepted in person at Resolute Physical Therapy, located in Clifton Park, New York.

4. Winner Selection:

Winners will be notified via Instagram DM within 48 hours of the posting deadline (i.e., the following Sunday at 9:00 p.m. EST).

Winners must respond within 96 hours of being notified.

5. Privacy and Data Collection:

Winner’s data will not be shared or used for anything outside of the giveaway.

6. No Purchase Necessary:

A purchase is not required to enter or win the giveaway. The method of entry is as described in the "How to Enter" section above.

7. Disqualification:

Resolute Physical Therapy reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be engaging in fraudulent activity, violating the terms, or attempting to manipulate the giveaway process.

8. Limitation of Liability:

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Resolute Physical Therapy, its affiliates, and its respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, loss, or damage arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance of the prize.

9. General Conditions:

Resolute Physical Therapy reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway if it cannot be conducted as planned for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond reasonable control.

All decisions made by Resolute Physical Therapy regarding the giveaway are final and binding.

10. Compliance with Laws:

The giveaway is subject to all applicable laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.

11. Publicity:

By entering the giveaway, participants agree that Resolute Physical Therapy may use their name, likeness, or other personal details for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

12. Governing Law:

These Terms & Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York State, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
