Frequently asked questions.

  • In the state of New York, no referral is needed at the start of Physical Therapy. If you question your need to see your doctor first, feel free to call us to discuss.

  • A super-bill is proof of physical therapy services provided to you if your insurance is out of network with us.

    You can then easily submit proof of your appointment to your insurance for out-of-network reimbursement.

  • Please wear comfortable workout clothing to the appointment to allow for movement or possible manual therapy.

    • If you are coming in for the lower body, it is best to have shorts available.

    • If you are coming in for the shoulder/neck region, we encourage for women to wear a top that exposes the shoulder blade area.

  • We are located in Halfmoon at the Impact Athletic Center. Please check in with the front desk when you arrive. They will direct you to a waiting area, where your therapist will come and meet you.

    Please sign in online if you have downloaded the JANE app. (Link in your ‘welcome’ email.)

  • Absolutely!

  • There is a link in the top right corner to click on. You can create a ‘JANE’ account which will allow you to book, move, and cancel appointments.

    You can always call or text us to schedule!

  • Yes there is. If you late cancel or no-show, we do not have enough time to fill it on short notice. This is a session that another client could have benefited from.

    We ask for 24 hour notice to cancel your appointment.
